With over 25 years of experience, Shannon prides herself on building strong rapport and establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with her clients. She provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and emotional well-being.
Shannon has worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, child welfare, substance use treatment, residential programs, healthcare, schools, and private practice. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, grief and loss, stress management, self-esteem, life coaching, and life transitions or adjustment-related challenges. She enjoys working with adolescents, college students, and older adults.
