Ben is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting

individuals through meaningful and often challenging chapters of their lives. His work spans residential treatment, community mental health, private practice, and the University of Illinois, giving him a rich and diverse foundation for understanding the many ways people heal and grow.

Ben provides individual therapy to adults ages 21 and older who are navigating grief, depression, anxiety, identity and gender-related exploration, academic and professional burnout, trauma, and major life transitions. He approaches each client with genuine warmth and curiosity, recognizing the inherent strength it takes to seek support and show up for oneself.

His therapeutic style is eclectic and deeply client-centered, allowing him to tailor treatment to each person’s goals, experiences, and resilience. Ben is committed to creating a compassionate, affirming space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and lasting change.
