Natalie is a therapist with more than 17 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges. She is committed to providing trauma- informed care, utilizing child-centered play therapy, and strengthening family relationships to foster connection and resilience.

Natalie works with clients of all ages and is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where each individual feels heard and understood. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate—partnering with clients to identify goals and work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

Although she has a wide range of clinical interests, Natalie is especially skilled in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as families formed through adoption, foster care, and guardianship. She draws from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and story.

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lander University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walden University.
